CAMMS strategy aligns closely with that of MTU to provide career-focused education for the benefit of the personal, intellectual and professional development of their students. The Centre capitalises on the extensive expertise of the Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering Departments and a comprehensive panel of external consultants to deliver up to date training and education programs , and in solving problems for industry.

CAMMS uses the design, build, test and validate expertise of the Department in solving problems for industry and in delivering up to date training and education.

CAMMS is currently developing thematic knowledge areas that reflect the strengths of the Faculty.
